Welcome to the 3rd International Conference on Climate Change 2019 to be held from 21st – 22nd February 2019 in Kula Lumpur, Malaysia. Climate change is one of the defining challenges of the 21st century, along with the increased global population, poverty alleviation, environmental degradation and global food security. Climate change is no longer only a scientific concern, but it involves economics, sociology, geopolitics, national and local politics, law, and health, etc., directly impacting the Global Sustainability.
