On March 15, 2024, heavy rains hit large parts of the Argentine province of Entre Rios, causing flooding. In the Gualaiguay region, streets were flooded in some areas, trapping vehicles and making it difficult for pedestrians to travel. The meteorological department said that many places in Entre Rios province will also usher in rain in the future, and will maintain a yellow alert for heavy rain.
