Description
The super typhoon Man-yi has struck the Philippine archipelago for a second time, bringing devastating strong winds and heavy rainfall that have triggered landslides and storm surges. The disaster has resulted in at least eight fatalities, the destruction of nearly 8,000 houses, and impacted a population of over 1.81 million,worsening the crisis wreaked by multiple back-to-back storms.
